How Rolleyholers got here.
Bagels aren't just food to us. Bagels are our Passion.
Starting by home baking in 2016, to a ghost kitchen in Somersworth, NH, to our Exeter, NH Bake shop in 2021; Rolleyholers continues to be a fun ride for our family and friends.
When I moved from NJ to NH in 2006, I missed bagels... Desperately. Every few weeks, I was driving back and forth to pick up bread, pizza, hard rolls, a good Italian hero and of course, BAGELS.
